We do not come out for service you are responsible to get item back to store if you need service

No installation or obstacles like stairs more than 3 steps

NO lifting any appliances over any kind of railing inside or outside

Going down the sides of houses ,

No moving things out of way to bring item in

No removing doors on fridge or doors on the house

No helping to remove doors

No free removing of old appliance or items

NO waiting on customer to move or remove things

having to take out old items

having to park more than 2 houses away or block the street

waiting more than 10 mins , will cost extra.

basics delivery is outside only ground level

if we get there and you decide that you would like for us to bring it inside there will be an additional charge

Someone has to be 20 years old or older to except the delivery we might ask for picture id

We will not leave the product there if there’s someone younger than 20 and there will be an additional delivery fee for us to come back out.
